STEP 1: VEHICLE DROP OFF

We’ll work with you to get your vehicle here, so you can get back behind the wheel as soon as possible. We work collaboratively with leading insurance companies to assess the damage, provide a free estimate, and obtain the necessary insurance approvals before we begin making repairs.
STEP 2: GET RENTAL CAR
Life doesn’t stop because of an accident. We will keep you moving with the help of local car rental companies, Simply let us know that you’ll need to rent a car while yours is being repaired, and we can help. That way, all you have to worry about is moving your stuff from one car to another.
STEP 3: RECEIVE AN ESTIMATE
Precision Autocraft is one of the Berkshires trusted collision repair. We earned this distinction by consistently going the extra mile for our clients. As such, each and every vehicle receives a complete inspection upon arrival where every scratch, ding, and dent is recorded on a diagram of the vehicle. We’ll take this information and create a complimentary estimate, where damage that is related to a collision is kept separate from unrelated damage. Then we’ll discuss the estimate with you, step by step, and work with your insurance companies so you’ll get the best deal on your repairs. STEP 4: REPAIR, PAINT, & POLISH
After your vehicle is evaluated and we’ve obtained the necessary insurance approvals, we restore your vehicle to its original factory finish. As part of our commitment to you, Precision Autocraft is ASE certified, providing the highest-quality repairs.
STEP 5: WASH & VACUUM
Every vehicle that undergoes repair work at Precision Autocraft gets a car wash on the outside and a vacuum on the inside, free of charge. We believe in going above and beyond for our clients, and believe your first ride in your like-new vehicle should be a great one.
STEP 6: PICK UP YOUR LIKE-NEW VEHICLE
Once we’ve completed the repair for your vehicle, our Precision Autocraft team will contact you and invite you in for the final inspection and paperwork. Your service advisor will review the vehicle and repairs before completing the documentation and handing over the keys. You can leave with peace of mind that your repairs were completed to the highest level of quality.
